With the recent purchase of the vessell Mahalo II, a 19 metre aluminium catamaran, full liveaboard facilities are now available. Comfortable airconditioned accommodation in six private cabins (with various bedding arrangements on 3 levels), she has 3 nicely appointed bathrooms a well equipped galley a large dinette and spacious upper and lower outdoor deck areas make the Mahalo II the perfect vessel to cruise the Kimberley coast, indulge in a spot of fishing or relax with a bird's eye view of the local marine life and ever-changing landscape. Owner operators Darryl Keevil & Shan Gugeri along with their very capable crew provide guests with "hands on" experiences of exploring, fishing, mudcrabbing, oystering and many other exciting activities. Our onboard Cook, assisted by the crew, prepares the catch of the day aboard the Mahalo II for your enjoyment - seafood doesn't come much fresher than this. Whether you're swimming at a pristine beach or waterfall, bushwalking the rugged landscape to view Bradshaw & Wanjina rock art galleries, reeling in the big one or having a spiritual whale watching moment, there is never a dull moment aboard the Mahalo II. Guests joining a scheduled Sea Safari for 2010 will enjoy the Full Liveaboard facilities aboard the Mahalo II on all tours. Exclusive Group Charters have the option of full liveaboard facilities with a choice of camping at some of our special locations on selected tours. Seaplane, Light Aircraft and Helicopter transfer options are available for Exclusive Charters. No matter which itinerary you choose, you can rest assured that Buccaneer Sea Safaris will show you a myriad of natural wonders, intorduce you to diverse marine life and allow you to properly experience this brilliantly preserved part of the world through a host of Kimberley-esque activities. Aboard Mahalo IIFeatures of the Mahalo II are listed below: She is a 19m power catamaran with a beam of 6.6m. There are 6 cabins aboad the Mahalo II A spacious galley allows the crew to create culinary delights for you with ease. A large shaded back deck allows for a comfortable spot of fishing Two hot, freshwater showers / toilets on the main deck with a 3rd for the top deck. Desalinator provides ample freshwater. Emma is our 14ft aluminim zodiac tender Mahalo Accomodation The 6 cabin arrangement aboard the Mahalo II is as follows: The Top Deck: Aft of the Bridge are 2 cabins with double beds in each. The Main Deck: Forward of the Galley / dinette areas are 2 cabins. One of the beds in each of these rooms a King Single. The other three bunks in each of these cabins are singles. The Lower Deck: Two cabins with 2 single bunk beds in each. The 6 cabin arrangement allows for 6 couples to have their own room. All rooms are airconditioned. The Top Deck and Main Deck rooms have windows and the lower deck rooms do not. |
