Accommodation Features:

• Our modem new home welcomes everyone.
• Our Bed & Breakfast comes with a friendly atmosphere, spacious rooms with queen beds, tea and coffee at any time during your stay.
• Up and out by 9.30 - return by 5.00 to shower and head on out again for dinner, or perhaps a pub crawl or a stroll along the beach or even fishing at the great Busselton jetty.
• Smoking is only permitted outside, at the special smokers table.

Area's in our accommodation:

• Modern rooms with clean pressed sheets and fluffy pillows to dream the night away.
• Shared bathroom with it's big shower, two hand basins so no one is held up making themself look even more beautiful.
• Activity room to watch TV or a DVD or lose your self in the Wii games or plays a board game or cards.
• Lounge area sit quiet and read, turn on the CD player and chill out with Pink or some thing classical.
• Square 8-seated dinning table is the meeting place for a chat.
• Under the pergola is a table setting for 6, cool breeze and a cold drink.
• Or you can roll around the back lawn with your partner or pet or "Both".

Breakfast:

The Equal Balance way: continental breakfast, cereal with fruit, warm fresh cooked bread, fruit juice and a cup of tea or coffee or Milo, this will keep you going till lunch. Special dietary requirements can arranged at the time of your booking (In other words whatever you may feel like on the day between 7.30 and 8.30am)

Wheel Chair Friendly:

Our Bed & Breakfast can cater for wheelchairs with its wider doors, larger toilet facilities and we can provide ramps for entry through the front door and back sliding doors.

Dog Friendly Accommodation:

Our dog friendly accommodation provides a secure yard with lawn and a large water bowl to drink out of or to play in.

Sleeping is outdoors (alternative sleeping arrangements can be made on booking at owners discretion.)

All doggy requirements to be provided by the owner; e.g. bed, food bowl, food, toys, etc.

Dogs must be on a lead at all times when in the house.
