Ravenswood Retreat

Ravenswood Retreat is a four bedroom, two bathroom semi rural retreat set on a large block on the banks of the Murray River. This expansive, brick and tile modern home has river views from all living areas, overlooking perfectly manicured grounds. It is tastefully decorated in a contemporary style.

It features an open fireplace and a combustion wood heater, whilst also featuring a large outdoor patio, houses an outdoor heater, barbeque and a ducted reverse cycle air conditioner.

The home has two bathrooms and comfortably accommodates eight people, with 2 queen rooms (1 with ensuite) and 2 single rooms with 2 single beds in each.

Located only about an hour's drive from Perth and only ten minutes from Mandurah, it serves as a fantastic retreat or weekend escape.

It is peaceful and quiet with a 30 meter walk from the back door to the river's edge.  The river has a beach for the kids to play or just walk in the water on a hot day.  Ravenswood Hotel is a 10min walk to the hotel and 10min up the river by boat – a deep water jetty provides mooring.

Bond - $250 refundable and payable to owner.

5 day stays incur an additional $25.00 cleaning fee

Peak season, One night stays and long w/ends $295 p/n

Non peak $250 p/n
(February 1st - October 31st)

Payment is due in full one month prior to stay.

 Minimum 3 night stay on long weekends
