All three bedroom have ensuites; guests have a separate lounge to owners with tea, coffee, milk sugar, biscuits, fridge, tv, dvd, foxtel, own driveway. Included in the tariff is a cooked breakfast, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals, toast, jam, tea and coffee a glass of port after dinner. No smoking indoors. Tariff: - Prices are @ $140 per night with a cooked breakfast.

- $175 public holidays and $170 school holidays,
