Yanchep Beach is one of Perth’s most beautiful beaches. The lagoon offers safe swimming for young and old and has an abundance of sea life for those who enjoy snorkeling. For the little more adventurous there is also excellent surfing immediately north and south of the lagoon, and for those who simply like to fish, join the locals for some beach fishing at dawn and dusk! The Yanchep beach house has excellent ocean views and is within 3 minutes walking distance to the lagoon. It is a well maintained cedar home with 4 bedrooms (sleeps up to 8 people comfortably) and 2 bathrooms (main with ensuite) and there is a large open plan living room. It is very well equipped including TV, DVD player, radio/CD player, microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, gas BB plus a solid fuel heater for winter months. There is a supermarket on Lagoon Drive just off the large roundabout on Yanchep Beach Road and also a café, liquor store, chemist and medical centre in the same location.
